These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Grimsdell Enterprises LLC ("the Company," "we," "us"), 761 E 1050 N, Bountiful, UT 84010, United States, and the general conditions of the business support services we provide. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing our routes, standards, and how to reach the office. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote or contract. A job is formed only by a confirmed work order or signed service agreement.

2. Services

All services are provided pursuant to written job terms — work orders or service agreements — which specify scope, deadline, volume, and fees. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the agreement controls.

2.1 Documents & Words

Document preparation, transcription, editing, proofreading, and secretarial services are performed against the source material provided. The client is responsible for source accuracy; we are responsible for faithful reproduction per the work order.

2.2 Calls & Messages

Telephone answering, call center, and message services are performed under the engagement — scripts, schedules, and escalation procedures set in the work order.

2.3 Mail, Copy & Credit

Mailbox, parcel, reprographic, collection, and credit reporting services are performed under applicable law and the engagement — including FDCPA and FCRA obligations where they apply.

3. Fees

Fees are stated in the applicable work order — per page, per call, per box, or per project as appropriate. Invoices are payable per the engagement terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to: (a) use the website for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading job information or material you are not authorized to process; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to client files or systems; (d) interfere with the operation of the website; or (e) use our services to process unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

6. Confidentiality

Information submitted through this website is treated as confidential intake. Formal confidentiality obligations arise under a signed work order. Client documents are processed under confidentiality and returned or securely destroyed per the engagement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Services are governed by the applicable work order; this website itself creates no warranty regarding services or accuracy of third-party content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising from or related to this website shall not exceed one hundred dollars. Liability for services is governed by the applicable work order. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of this website, or content you submit for processing that violates the rights of others.

Engagements may specify alternative dispute procedures, which control for disputes under them.
